Do you offer products for male athletes?
Yes! Our “Men” category features activewear designed specifically for male gymnasts and dancers, including Hoodies, Shorts, and performance tops.

Ordering, Payment & Account

What payment methods do you accept?
For your convenience, we accept all major payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. All transactions are secure.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide! However, due to logistical constraints, we are currently unable to deliver to some remote regions in Asia and a few other select areas. If you have a specific concern about your location, please contact us before ordering.
How long does it take to process my order?
Every order is handled with the same precision as our stitchwork. We process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

🚀 Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch. Ideal for timely delivery of new gear. FREE on orders over $50.

📦 Free Standard Shipping ($0.00): Shipped via EMS. Delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch. Perfect for planning ahead and stocking up on essentials. Automatically applied to orders over $50.
How can I track my order?
As part of our Transparent Tracking promise, you will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your package is on its way. You can follow your Quatro gear every step of its journey to you.
Are there any extra fees for international orders?
For orders shipped outside the United States, please note that any local customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are determined by your local customs authority.
