We strive to present product colors and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings. Product availability is subject to change.

4. Order and Payment Terms

4.1 Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before shipment, including for errors in product description, price, or availability.

4.2 Payment

We accept the following secure payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Payment is processed at checkout. Your card will be charged upon order confirmation.

4.3 Pricing & Taxes

Prices are listed in USD (or local equivalent). Prices do not include applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

4.4 Shipping & Delivery

• Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends/holidays).
• Methods:
  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx. Delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment.
• Regions: We ship worldwide, excluding some remote regions and parts of Asia. Availability is confirmed at checkout.
• You will receive a tracking number upon shipment. Delivery times are estimates and subject to customs delays.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
• Process: Initiate a return by emailing [email protected] with your order details. A Return Authorization (RA) number is required.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
• Exchanges: Facilitated for eligible items. Follow the return process, stating your desired new item. Price differences will be reconciled.
• Damaged/Defective Items: Contact us immediately. We will cover return shipping and expedite a replacement or refund.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
