Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We facilitate exchanges for eligible items.

  • Follow the standard return process using the request template, clearly stating your desired exchange item.
  • Once your return is received and approved, we will ship the new item. Standard shipping times apply.
  • If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be invoiced for the difference. If it is of lower value, you will be refunded the difference.
